We at Hire Heights Adult Day Center offer a hierarchy of multi-faceted programming which includes both day support and employment services. We base our holistic model of services on the believe that people with developmental challenges have the power to exercise authority in their own lives, the autonomy to self-direct their services, and to advocate on their own behalf. Moreover, a strong emphasis should be placed upon having a well-balanced life, with the opportunity to develop healthy relationships, establish a satisfying social life, and become an active, productively employed member of the community.
